1. Order Processing Times

We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated Processing Time:

  • Most orders (around 80%) are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays

You’ll receive:

  • an order confirmation email after checkout

  • a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships

During busy times (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Within the United States

All orders are shipped from our U.S. facility via FedEx.

Standard Shipping (FedEx)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Carrier: FedEx

  • Cost: Free shipping on all U.S. orders

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays, and carrier volume, but most customers receive their orders within 3–5 business days after shipping.

We do not currently ship internationally.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking link.

  • You can use this link to track your shipment directly on the FedEx website.

  • If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within a few business days after placing your order, please contact us at info@tyrela.com with your order number.


4. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address, or

  • being unclaimed or undeliverable

we can:

  • Reship the order to a corrected address (additional shipping charges may apply), or

  • Refund the order minus any shipping-related costs charged to us by the carrier (if applicable)

If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately at info@tyrela.com with your order number and the correct address.
We can only make changes before your order has shipped.


5. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

We rely on FedEx for safe and timely delivery, but occasional issues can happen.

Delays

Please allow a few extra days beyond the 3–5 business day delivery estimate during:

  • holidays

  • severe weather

  • high carrier volume

Marked as “Delivered” But Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check around your home and with neighbors.

  2. Check with building management, gatehouse, or mailroom (if applicable).

  3. Wait 1–2 business days, as packages are sometimes scanned early.

  4. Contact FedEx with your tracking number.

  5. If you still cannot locate your package, email us at info@tyrela.com

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

    • Photos of the outer packaging

We’ll review your case and work with you on a solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we start processing orders quickly, we can only modify or cancel an order before it has been processed/shipped.

If you need to:

  • change your shipping address

  • update items or quantities

  • cancel your order

please contact us as soon as possible at info@tyrela.com with your order number and requested change.

Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
